Booking a Celebrant - What's the Process?

Congratulations you're engaged! One of the big things you want to get locked in as early as you can, is your celebrant. Picking the right celebrant for you is essential for having the type of ceremony you have dreamed of and also sets the tone for your celebrations.

 

Below is the process we would go through between our first meeting and your big day for a Full Ceremony Package!

  • Step 1 - Get In touch
    Get in touch with me to see if I'm free for your date and to have a casual chat about the requirements for your day. Even if you don't have a confirmed date yet, we can still have a chat!
  • Step 2 - Get to Know Each Other
    Finding the right celebrant that is the correct "fit" for you is such an important part of your day, let's meet up either in person or via Skype/Zoom to check that I am a good fit for you! This non-obligatory meeting helps me to get a sense of who you are, toss around ideas, and ultimately help me understand what you want delivered for your dream ceremony.
  • Step 3 - Confirm the Booking
    After we have met and you think we are the perfect match (wahoo), I will send you my: Booking Form Service agreement & Invoice A non-refundable deposit of $250 and signed service agreement is required to lock in the date. Final payment is due 4 weeks before the ceremony date.
  • Step 4 - Take It Easy
    Congratulations that a huge tick off your wedding to do list! Now sit back and relax for a while until I am in touch with the next steps closer to your date.
