I’ll prepare and lodge all of your legal paperwork, guide you through the marriage process, create and deliver a personalised ceremony, and ensure every legal requirement is completed correctly.

Simply get in touch to check my availability. Once you’re ready to proceed, I’ll send you a booking agreement and invoice. Your ceremony date is secured once your agreement has been signed and your payment has been received.

Yes! I’m happy to travel outside Greater Sydney for a Full Ceremony. Travel fees may apply for locations outside Greater Sydney, such as the Southern Highlands, Central Coast and Blue Mountains, but I’ll always be upfront about any additional costs.

Absolutely – your ceremony should reflect your backgrounds, beliefs and personalities. I’m happy to help include cultural traditions, symbolic rituals or any special elements that are meaningful to you.

I always recommend your celebrant blends in with your wedding colour palette. This helps me complement your ceremony rather than stand out, ensuring your photos remain focused on you.

As many as needed! Meetings are flexible, and unlimited phone calls, emails and correspondence are included in your package.

Generally, our first face-to-face planning meeting is the longest. We then have a final catch-up in the days before your wedding to run through everything together and complete the final legal paperwork.

Yes! A rehearsal is included in your package, and I’m happy to attend. To ensure I’m available, rehearsals should be booked several months in advance.

Typically 20–30 minutes, but every ceremony is tailored to you.
For planning purposes, I recommend allowing 30 minutes in your wedding timeline. While the ceremony script itself is usually around 15–20 minutes, it naturally extends with your processional, readings, vows, ring exchange, signing of the marriage certificates and walking back down the aisle.

Yes. I provide a professional portable PA system and wireless microphone so all of your guests can clearly hear your ceremony.

You need two witnesses who are over 18 years of age and understand advanced English. They don’t need to be Australian citizens or family members—they simply need to be present during your ceremony and sign the legal paperwork.

Absolutely! You’ll receive vow-writing tips and examples, and I’m always happy to review your vows to help with timing, flow and ensuring they complement each other.
